1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Majesta ("Service," "Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Majesta provides an automated messaging platform that enables businesses to:

  • Connect WhatsApp Business API accounts
  • Connect Instagram Business accounts
  • Connect Facebook Messenger accounts
  • Receive messages from customers across all platforms
  • Automatically generate and send responses using AI connected to your inventory
  • Manage customer conversations and inventory in real-time
  • Track messaging analytics across all channels
  • Provide point-of-sale and inventory management features

3. Eligibility

3.1 Requirements

To use Majesta, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a WhatsApp Business API account OR WhatsApp Business app (we assist with migration)
  • Have an Instagram Business or Creator account (for Instagram features)
  • Have a Facebook Page connected to your messaging accounts
  • Have administrative access to all connected accounts
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Verify your phone number

3.2 Business Use Only

Majesta is intended for business use only. Personal accounts are not supported.

4. WhatsApp Business Integration

4.1 WhatsApp Business API Requirements

To use WhatsApp features, you need WhatsApp Business API. If you only have the mobile app:

  • We provide automated migration to WhatsApp Business API
  • Migration requires Meta approval (24-48 hours)
  • Your mobile app will stop working after migration
  • You'll manage WhatsApp through Majesta's platform

4.2 All-Inclusive Pricing

✓ Everything Included:

  • Software platform and all features
  • WhatsApp Business API messaging (conversations included in your plan)
  • Instagram and Messenger automation
  • Storage and infrastructure
  • Support and updates
  • No hidden costs or surprise charges

5. Platform Connections and Authorization

5.1 OAuth Authorization

When you connect your messaging accounts:

  • You authorize Majesta to access your WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger accounts
  • We receive an access token from Meta/Facebook
  • We can send and receive messages on your behalf
  • We can access basic profile and business information

5.2 Required Permissions

The Service requires these permissions:

  • whatsapp_business_management: Manage WhatsApp Business account
  • whatsapp_business_messaging: Send and receive WhatsApp messages
  • instagram_basic: Profile information
  • instagram_manage_messages: Send and receive Instagram DMs
  • pages_messaging: Facebook Messenger integration
  • pages_manage_metadata: Access page information
  • pages_read_engagement: Read engagement data

5.3 Scope of Access

We ONLY access:

  • Messages sent TO your business accounts
  • Your business profile information
  • Your product inventory (as you input it)

We do NOT:

  • Access other accounts beyond yours
  • Read messages from other businesses
  • Access your personal data unrelated to the service

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Majesta to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries about your products
  • Provide product information from your inventory
  • Offer customer support
  • Share business information

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Majesta to:

Spam or Abuse:

  • Send unsolicited messages
  • Spam users who haven't contacted you first
  • Send bulk messages to users
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse users

Platform Violations:

  • Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy
  • Violate Instagram's Community Guidelines
  • Violate Facebook's Platform Policy
  • Attempt to circumvent platform limitations

7. AI-Generated Responses & Inventory Integration

7.1 How It Works

  • Responses are generated using AI based on your inventory data
  • The bot queries your inventory in real-time for availability and pricing
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI responses
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory data

7.2 Your Responsibility

  • Keep your inventory updated
  • Review automated responses periodically
  • Configure your bot's behavior appropriately
  • Respond to customer issues that the bot cannot handle

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Subscription Plans

  • Majesta offers all-inclusive subscription pricing
  • Plans are billed monthly or annually
  • Pricing includes: software, messaging, storage, and support
  • No hidden costs or additional charges
  • Pricing is available on our website

8.2 What's Included

  • Full platform access and all features
  • WhatsApp Business API messaging (conversations included)
  • Instagram and Messenger automation
  • Inventory management and POS features
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Customer support

8.3 Payment

  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period
  • We accept credit cards and other payment methods
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method

8.4 Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew
  • You will be charged at renewal unless you cancel
  • You can cancel anytime before renewal

8.5 Refunds

⚠️ Important - No Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months
  • You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

8.6 Apple App Store

Majesta subscriptions are enterprise agreements billed directly by Majesta Enterprise and are not processed through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system. The Majesta iOS app does not offer any goods or services for purchase within the app. All billing, subscription management, and payment processing is handled externally at majestaenterprise.com or through our direct billing portal. Accounts must be created and subscribed to prior to using the app.

9. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.5% uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
  • We are not liable for service interruptions
  • Third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp) may affect availability

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate at any time by:

  • Deleting your account in settings
  • Emailing admin@majestaenterprise.com

10.2 Termination by Majesta

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • If Meta/WhatsApp revokes your account
  • If required by law

11. Limitation of Liability

⚠️ Disclaimer:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAJESTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

BY USING MAJESTA, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • ✓ You have read and understood these Terms
  • ✓ You agree to be legally bound by them
  • ✓ All costs are included in your subscription (no hidden fees)
  • ✓ You understand the no-refund policy
  • ✓ You are 18+ years old with authority to accept
